Acceptance
Accessing our web utility or portal constitutes agreement to be bound by these service conditions.
IP Rights

Uptime Guarantee
Managed retainer clients receive a 99.9% availability SLA. Routine updates scheduled 48h prior.
Liability Limit
Liability is capped to the direct fees paid. We are not liable for secondary performance losses.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the East-IND website, developer tools, telemetry metrics, or partner dashboards, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, your access to our tools and services must be terminated immediately.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and all proprietary contents (including but not limited to custom telemetry scripts, styling libraries, local databases, visual representations, icons, and logo assets) are the exclusive intellectual property of East-IND Enterprise.
Copying, distributing, or modifying our code configurations without an active license agreement signed by our executive director is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We maintain a high-grade infrastructure for enterprise tools. Active subscribers are guaranteed a 99.9% system uptime limit.
Scheduled maintenance window operations (which may temporarily lower performance speed or access availability) are planned and communicated at least 48 hours in advance to client engineering representatives.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall East-IND, nor its developers, partners, directors, or remote operatives, be held liable for secondary, indirect, or incidental damage events.
This includes, without limitation, direct organic traffic losses, bounce rate increases, system downtime disruptions, or data loss incidents stemming from network issues.
5. Governing Law
These Service Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflict of law guidelines. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively within appropriate municipal courts.
